How do I create a Creator profile?

To recieve a creator account, you must complete the form found in our Creator request page.

After we've reviewed your request and our team verifies it, you'll recieve an email from us confirming your request.


Once we've approved your request, you'll receive your a Creator account where you can login anytime to view your dashboard and start submitting products.

Do you charge commission?

Yes, all sales on our platform carry two sets of standard fees, the 20% commission fee and a $0.45 USD transaction fee.

What are all the fees I need to know?

When products get sold on promotional offers through our marketplace (20% OFF), only the remaining amount is used to calculate fees.

How many products can I submit?

After you've received a creator profile, you can submit as many products as you'd want.

We'll then review each product submitted to ensure it meets our requirements and matches our guidelines.

How do Creators pay-outs work?

Creators receive a pay-out at the end of every month with a detailed invoice from us. Payouts are done using our payment provider - Paypal, exclusively.

We'll be adding more payment provider options shortly. We're current building an autuomation that'll allow creators to directly withdraw their earnings from their dashboard.

What do I need before signing up?

To get started on Notion Utopia, you must have a PayPal account outside of Canada, have created at least 1 Notion-related product, and be over the legal age of 16.

How do I setup an account?

Before setting up an account, you're required to complete the Creator signup form and send your first product submission.

From there, all you need to do is set up a username & password on our vendor portal.

Within 36 hours after submitting your details, you'll receive an email from us welcoming you to the platform.

If our quality guidelines aren't met, we will decline the request and notify you within 36 hours.

How long does it take to get approved?

Within 1-3 business days.

What do I need to do before submitting a product?

1. Complete our creator signup form

2. Have a Notion-related product

Where can I make changes to my product?

Once we’ve published your submission, we’ll share a link to our Notion database that showcases your product.

To request changes you can leave a comment(s) that highlight the properties you’d like to make changes to and what those changes must be.

We’ll review your request within 7 days.

How can I get my product featured?

To get your featured, your product needs to meet featured criteria and purchased the featured product plan.

Can I submit a Gumroad affiliate link?

For selling Notion templates - you need to submit a link to your original product’s Notion URL, but you can include a Gumroad affiliate link in the “Notes” section.
